When our son Arthur was born, we went through the same cycle so many parents do.
Colic. Broken sleep. Then a brief moment where we thought, “maybe we’ve cracked it…”
And then… the four-month sleep regression hit and everything unravelled.
We were exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in that loop of trying everything…but seeing no real change.

Step 1 - 15-minute discovery call to understand your child’s sleep challenges and set some clear goals for what you want to achieve.
Step 2- Analysis of 3-7 days of sleep logs to gain an in-depth analysis of how your child is currently sleeping.
Step 3 - Follow-up call to review the patterns we’ve identified in your sleep diary.
Step 4 - We’ll create a personalised sleep plan tailored to your child and your family. It will include day and night routines, settling strategies, environment tips, and feeding (if relevant) - all aligned with your parenting style and goals.
