So, who am I..?

I’m Rob. 

This is my wife Sophie, our son Arthur - and baby number two on the way. 

Like so many parents, our journey into the world of baby sleep started with one simple thing: pure exhaustion

When Arthur was born, the first few months were a bit of a rollercoaster. He struggled with colic and gas early on, but once that passed, he actually slept pretty well. For a little while, we genuinely thought we’d cracked it. 

Then the four-month sleep regression hit, and everything changed. 

Suddenly, the nights became unpredictable… Arthur needed one of us constantly, and sleep felt impossible to come by. Like most parents, we found ourselves trying everything: late-night Googling, advice from friends and family, different routines, different settling methods… but nothing seemed to work. 

With Sophie preparing to return to work, we knew we needed a proper solution, not just for Arthur but for our whole family. 

Eventually, we decided to work with a sleep consultant, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions we made. The changes weren’t complicated or drastic; we just needed someone experienced to look at what was happening and show us exactly what needed to change. 

With targeted adjustments to Arthur’s routine, everything began to shift. He started sleeping better, we started sleeping better, and our whole family felt calmer, happier, and more like ourselves again. 

Going through that experience showed me just how much sleep impacts family life. When no one is sleeping, patience runs thin, everyday tasks feel overwhelming, and it can feel like you’re simply trying to survive the day - this is why I decided to train as an OCN-certified infant sleep consultant and create The Snooze Crew Co. 

Now we get to help other families who are in that same place we once were - tired, overwhelmed, and unsure where to start.
