About Us
We’re Rob and Sophie: parents, partners, and the people behind everything we do.
We’ve been married for four years and recently made the move from London to Liverpool. Rob’s a born-and-bred Scouser, while Sophie grew up just outside London, so our home (and our approach) is a blend of warmth, honesty, and real-life perspective.
Before becoming sleep consultants, we both built our careers in a London-based EdTech startup - Rob in Operations and Data, Sophie leading Account Management. At the heart of both roles was the same thing we bring to our work now: listening carefully, understanding individual needs, and creating solutions that actually work in real life.
We loved what we did, but then we became parents…
Hi, we’re Rob and Sophie 👋
Why We Do This
Like so many families, our journey into baby sleep started with one thing: exhaustion.
When our son Arthur was born, those early months were a whirlwind. He struggled with colic and gas, and just as things began to improve, we hit the four-month sleep regression… and everything unravelled.
Nights became long and unpredictable. We were constantly second-guessing ourselves, trying every bit of advice, and wondering why nothing seemed to stick.
We know how it feels to be exhausted but unable to switch off.
To feel like you should have the answers, but don’t. To want to enjoy this stage of life, but feel completely drained by it.
Working with a sleep consultant changed everything for us.
Not because we were given anything extreme or unrealistic, but because we were finally given clarity. Someone looked at our baby, our routine, and our situation, and showed us exactly what needed to change.
With a few simple, thoughtful adjustments, everything shifted.
Sleep improved. Our confidence came back and our home felt calm again.
That’s the moment we realised every family deserves this kind of support.
Why We Work As a Team (And Why That Matters for You)
This isn’t something we chose to do alone, we chose to build it together because sleep challenges don’t just affect one parent, they affect your whole family.
By working as a team, we’re able to support you in a way that reflects real life, not just theory. We understand the dynamics, the different perspectives, and the reality of navigating sleep when you’re both tired, stretched, and just trying to do your best.
When you work with us, you’re not just getting one opinion or one moment of support. You’re getting both of us sharing insight, discussing your progress, and making sure you feel guided every step of the way.
It means:
More consistent support
A more balanced, considered approach
A level of care that feels genuinely personal
We treat every family we work with as if they were our own, because we’ve been exactly where you are.
Everything we do is built around you.
No two babies are the same and no two families are the same, so we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
Instead, we take the time to understand:
Your baby
Your routine
Your challenges
And your goals
From there, we create a clear, personalised plan that feels realistic, supportive, and achievable.
Our approach is calm, responsive, and designed to build your confidence, not take over because this isn’t just about improving sleep in the short term…..It’s about helping you feel in control again.
Our Approach
What You Can Expect
Better sleep is just the beginning.
Families we work with often tell us they feel:
More confident in their decisions
Less anxious around sleep
Calmer as a household
And more like themselves again
Because when your baby sleeps better, everything feels different.
So if You’re Feeling Stuck…
If bedtime feels stressful…
If nights feel endless…
Or if you’re simply not sure what to try next…
You’re not alone.
And with the right support, things can change more quickly, and more gently than you might expect.
Work With Us
If you’re ready for calmer nights, clearer guidance, and support that truly understands family life, we’d love to help.
