My Mission
At The Snooze Crew Co, I help modern families find calm, consistent sleep routines that fit around real life - from shift work to sleepless nights. I specialise in supporting both parents equally, with engaged dads and mums who need real, practical support. My approach is responsive, realistic, and grounded in experience - making me the right person to guide your family towards better rest.
My Story
Hi, I’m Rob, a husband and a dad to my 2-year-old son Arthur. I’m also an OCN-certified infant sleep consultant and founder of The Snooze Crew Co Sleep Consultancy.
And so, where it all began - with Arthur and how he slept. For the first three months, Arthur slept pretty well. Honestly, I felt like we had cracked it. He was colicky and struggled to settle, but once he was out, we were generally fine. And then, at four months, everything changed. The sleepless nights hit us like a tidal wave. He was permanently attached to me or my wife, and I quickly felt deflated, desperate for a solution, and utterly alone in the struggle. With my wife’s return to work fast approaching, we knew we absolutely needed a change.
And this is the time we sought help from a sleep consultant. It was the best decision we ever made, not because the changes were complicated, but because an expert showed us exactly which ones to make. With some precise, targeted changes to our routine, Arthur quickly began to sleep better. And since he has slept amazingly.
I know firsthand the struggles that lack of sleep can cause - how it strains the family dynamic and makes simply getting through the day feel impossible. My personal experience is what led me to become a sleep consultant. I’m here as a parent who has been in those sleepless trenches - just like you. My passion is helping families who may be at a breaking point find not only rest, but also a sense of themselves again.
